I also setup Cloud Sync, so all of your data stays on the cloud. When you order your replacement laptop it will have all of your files folders and software synced onto it.

Alex is a Mac Certified Professional

It's taken me a whole year to complete all six exams (level one and two) and go to all of the Apple training courses. I have been working with Apple computers for a long time but I thought it best to become certified just for the Kudos.

I am now certified to manage complex, multi-platform networks that include Mac OS X and windows based systems.

Outreach

Through my Outreach Program I help enrich the lives of underprivileged individuals.

For every new product I sell, I ask clients for any old laptop computers they may want to recycle after their new purchase. At the time of new product delivery, I pick up the old computers up at our expense, and if possible make them all work again.

After that, I regularly install them to select people in need, all free of charge.

Equally I regularly provide basic computer training and technology awareness for those who cannot afford it or are in health/financial difficulties. Underprivileged children, benefit from my recovered gaming and entertainment programs, software and Internet access.

I encourage individuals to donate toward helping those in need that are not able to attain technology via standard sources.

Goodbye Panda

I am phasing out Pada Dome and replacing it with onboard security that I have configured within your operating system.

Why? Every three months I have run security tests on all the leading products, since January 2022 Pada has no longer remained top-dog. My onboard security detected more threats than Panda consistently during testing.

It doesn't make sense to continue with Panda as it is not detecting enough threats.

I will keep testing security products every three months, this is just part of my continued commitment to clients. There is no point having an inferior security product on your computers.

I test products from Norton, Avast, AVG, NOD 32, Bullguard and many more every three months and the onboard security I cofigure has been top dog, Thus the recommendation that you no longer need a third party solution on any laptop supplied by me from 2023 onward

I pay for your Office Subscription

As long as you are a client of mine, and are replacing your laptop every 4 years I pay for your Office Suite!

I buy Microsoft Licences in bulk so I can offer my clients computers where you literally dont pay for the Microsoft Office suite that comes with them.

Once a year I remote into your laptop with The Red A (or you can drop your laptop into me) and I install a new licence in less than five minutes.

It really is this easy.

British SuperBikes

Supporting British SuperBikes has been a long standing passion of mine.

From the motorcycles themselves to the technology used in engine mapping, tracking the race bikes and telemetry.

Through my love of motorcycling I have gotten to meet and know some of the iconic names in the sport.

I can setup telemetry displays so the riders can evaluate their performance and component choice then overlay telemetry from previous seasons and conditions. I love the technology!

Riding Vintage Motorcycles and raising £810 for Stand up 2 Cancer UK

I was asked to ride vintage motorcycles with the Dorset Section of the Vintage Motorcycle Club UK

I then asked if anyone would sponsor me and my friends on Twitter raised a whopping £810 + I honestly thought we might raise £60 everyone was super generous and I am humbled to know such fantastic people.

I got to ride a huge range of Vintage Exotica and loved every minute of it, riding vintage motorcycles on autumnal roads laced with leaves was scary, passing through villages, pedestrians waving at us, then roaring through the twisties on these magnificent motorcycles, I am sure these riders are all ex racers reliving their heyday!

This is not funny...

The photo on the right is a DELL laptop that was given back to its owner after a failed repair 'elsewhere'.

The photo on the right is the same laptop a few hours later fully working and rebuilt by me.

The broken laptop pictured above isn't a one-off, I see on average two per month in-pieces or damaged by I.T. professionals. I am getting a little worried at the amount of really bad computer repairs I am seeing recently. It's a sad situation when I meet a new client that's been recommended to me because another I.T. person has made a hash of things. It's not my place to go knocking down the doors or the I.T. idiot's or to name and shame them.

Suffice to say, I look after my clients and would never behave so shamefully.
